Managing Urgency Rules
The Admin app allows you to view, add, edit, or delete in the database.
Using the right account?
If you are unable to add, edit, or delete content, check that you are logged in
as fullaccess
user. See Access Levels for more information.
Once logged in, navigate to "Urgency Rules" from the menu and you should see the following screen
You can add, edit, or delete urgency rules from this screen.
