Q4 2026 (October–December)

1. 01 In progress STANDARDS-approved skill packs

   Develop globally available technical patterns for Developer and other relevant roles. A pack could cover a deep vertical slice of practice, while STANDARDS continues to govern assignments, handoffs, verification, and sign-off.

   Initial work will define how packs are approved and how a selected pack version stays consistent throughout a cycle.

2. 02 Exploring More coding agents

   Explore GitHub Copilot and Cursor support alongside Codex and Claude Code. Any integration would need to participate in the same STANDARDS cycle without weakening its protocol.

   We will assess whether each agent can use explicit role assignments, shared workflow files, independent role chats, and the required verification gates.
